Joseph is a member of the Banking & Financial Services, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights, Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate Tax Appeals Groups, where he represents large financial institutions, hedge funds, landlords, small businesses, and other creditors in a variety of litigation and transactional matters including commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure actions, collection actions, bankruptcy, receiverships, general litigation matters, appellate advocacy, commercial real estate purchases and sales, leasing transactions, and commercial lending.
After graduating from law school, Joseph served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Union County Prosecutor’s Office where he specialized in criminal jury trials.
