NORTH WALES, PA – November 13, 2018
A seminar sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute entitled “The Law of Guns in Pennsylvania” was taught by Steven F. Fairlie, Esquire, of the North Wales law firm Fairlie & Lippy, P.C. The seminar was held in Philadelphia and was simulcast to over 20 cities in Pennsylvania.
The seminar explained the full cycle of firearms law under Pennsylvania and federal law from consummating a firearms transaction to using a firearm in a lethal force encounter involving the Castle Doctrine to the firearm’s ultimate lawful disposition.
