Michael J. Savona, Esq. to Speak at 2017 PSTCA Annual Convention

Doylestown, PA – Michael J. Savona, Esq. will deliver his annual address to the Pennsylvania State Tax Collectors’ Association’s (PSTCA) Annual Conference on October 21, 2017, in York, Pennsylvania. Mr. Savona’s remarks will address the proposed referendum to amend the Pennsylvania Constitution regarding homestead property assessment exemptions, statewide litigation concerning tax collector compensation and a recent decision of the Pennsylvania Ethics Commission concerning tax collector certification fees. Since 2013, Mr. Savona has served as general counsel to the PSTCA and frequently advises the association’s members on matters relating to real estate tax collection.

Mr. Savona is a Shareholder at Eastburn and Gray where he is a member of the Land Use & Zoning, Litigation, Municipal Law, and Real Estate practice groups. He frequently publishes articles and lectures on land use and zoning law. For more than 20 years, he has served as solicitor to numerous municipalities and government agencies across the State of Pennsylvania.
