Jackson, Cook, Caracappa & Scott is pleased to announce that Joseph M. Ramagli has joined the Firm as a Partner. Mr. Ramagli concentrates his practice in family law and estate administration. He serves as conflict counsel for the Bucks County Dependency Court. Mr. Ramagi has represented various individuals in in a wide range of simple to complex divorce, custody, and support matters in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties, as well as in New Jersey. He was an associate at the Firm from February 2015 to September 2019, prior to rejoining the firm this June.
Mr. Ramagli remains at the forefront of family law matters in Pennsylvania by serving on the Council for the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He also volunteers frequently to represent victims and defendants in Protection from Abuse matters in Bucks County.
The Firm is also pleased to announce its change of name; it is now Caracappa Cook Scott & Ramagli PC, with its office located in The Newtown Pavilion on Penns Trail in Newtown, PA. The Firm, founded in 1956 as Beckert and Jackson, has strived and will continue to strive to provide good counsel and quality legal services to the Bucks County community to which it remains committed.
