Hillary Moonay Elected First Vice Chair of Family Law Section of PA Bar Association

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partner Hillary J. Moonay was elected as First Vice-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association during the Section’s summer meeting on July 16. Hillary previously served as 2nd Vice-Chair, and Secretary for the Section.

Hillary focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, mediation, arbitration, and related issues.

Hillary is actively involved in numerous professional associations, including the Bucks County Bar Foundation (BCBF), where she currently serves on the Board of Trustees. She is a member of the Executive Committee and Council and is a member of the Rules Committee. She is also the former chairperson of the Section’s Programming and Rules Committees. Additionally, Hillary is currently the chairperson of the Bucks County Bar Association Family Law Section and a Co-Chair of the Programming Committee for the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is also a member of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court.
