Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partner Hillary J. Moonay was elected Chair of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association during the Section’s summer meeting on July 14. Hillary previously served as Chair-elect, First and Second Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer for the Section.
Hillary Moonay is a partner and the co-chair of the family law group at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel. She focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of matrimonial cases. Moonay is the co-chair of the Bucks County Bar Association Family Law Section and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Bucks County Bar Foundation. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
