Caitlin Foley Esq. focuses her family practice on divorce, custody, support, and mediation. She is a certified mediator with the American Council of Mediators and founded the mediation practice at her previous firm. Caitlin primarily works with clients in the Philadelphia region and its suburbs.
Caitlin attended Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, where she gained valuable experience and insights into the practice of family law. She interned with Embrace Families, where she focused on child welfare and foster youth issues. She was also active in the Pro Bono Society and the Coalition Advocating for Human Rights and Dignity, where she developed a strong sense of social justice and a commitment to helping others.
During her time at Villanova, Caitlin also completed an internship with Community-Based Care of Central Florida, where she conducted research on the unique issues affecting foster youth and participated in initiatives to improve the foster care system. She also gained experience in family law by working in the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic, where she helped clients with issues related to adoption, termination of parental rights, dependency, delinquency, and more.
In addition to her legal work, Caitlin is an active member of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court, where she collaborates with other attorneys to stay up-to-date on the latest legal issues and developments. suburbs. She was born and raised in the area, and her extended family still reside here.
