Clemons Richter & Reiss, P.C. is proud to announce the election of Josephine Lee Wolf, Esquire to shareholder of the firm. Since joining the firm as an associate, Josephine has been an integral part of the community association practice’s growth and success.
Josephine will continue to represent the firm’s association clients, including everyday counseling with board members and managers, transition from developer control, assessment collections, and covenant enforcement and related litigation. She is also an active member of the Keystone Chapter of the Community Association Institute, where in addition to serving on various committees, she has been elected to serve on the 2024 Board of Directors.
