Due to the implementation of the AOPC’s Guardianship Tracking System, the Clerk of the Orphans’ Court has modified its fee bill in the following manner:
1. Annual Reports (electronically filed) – No Charge
2. Annual Reports (paper filed) – $ 75.00
3. Inventory (electronically filed) – No Charge
4. Inventory (paper filed) – $75.00
The fee changes are effective December 17, 2018. Kiosks are available within the office of the Clerk of the Orphans’ Court for those who need online access. Fee wavier applications continue to be available for indigent cases.
