Curtin & Heefner LLP is pleased to announce that Jeremy A. Whalen has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Firm’s Property Damage Department.
Jeremy Whalen, a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association concentrates his practice on insurance defense. Mr. Whalen is a 2017 graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Whalen, who will practice out of the Firm’s Yardley office, has experience which includes coverage issues and the defense of insurers both in and out of court. He will be defending insurers in breach of contract and bad faith claims.
