The Honorable Robert J. Mellon, Judge, Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, has been selected to serve as a member of the Special Independent Prosecutor’s Panel established by the Act of November 3, 2016 (P.L. 1016, No. 131).  As required by the statute, the selection was made by the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) from a list of all commissioned judges of the Superior Court and the courts of common pleas.
