Nominations for Plain English Committee Clarity Awards

The Plain English Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association has been charged with promoting the use of plain English in the law to bridge the gap between the legal profession and the general public. One of the avenues the committee has chosen to accomplish this task is to award the use of plain language in legal writing by recognizing examples of clear legal writing in documents.  The committee will present the Clarity Awards during the Annual Meeting of the Pennsylvania Bar Association held in Hershey, May 10, 2018.  It is hoped that the publication of these examples of plain English

Steve Santarsiero Joins Curtin & Heefner LLP
