Registers and Clerks: As you know, we are in support of HB1903 which will allow personal representatives to advertise the existence of an estate on the official Register of Wills website, rather than a newspaper of general circulation.  The bill is schedule for a hearing on March 13, 2018. There is some confusion regarding whether this bill would affect county bar association law journals.
