Doylestown, PA – A judicial portrait of the Honorable Henry Wynkoop was recently gifted to the County of Bucks by the Northampton Township Historical Society (“NTHS”). The NTHS was the previous owner of the original framed oil painting by renowned artist Rembrandt Peale, circa 1812.
