Scott L. Feldman to Speak at Landlord-Tenant Law Seminar

Doylestown attorney, Scott L. Feldman, will serve on the distinguished faculty of Sterling Education Services upcoming seminar entitled “Landlord-Tenant Law:  Lease Agreements, Defaults and Collections”.

This one day program is scheduled for April 4, 2017 in Allentown, PA.  Registration is required.

Mr. Feldman will present the topics:  “Landlord-Tenant Evictions and Litigation” and “Collections: Enforcing your Judgment”, and will cover all aspects of District Court and Court of Common Pleas rules and procedures and post-judgment enforcement.

Mr. Feldman devotes much of his practice to commercial and consumer collections and litigation.  He has experience managing commercial properties and represents several large residential apartment complexes, advising their rental managers and corporate personnel.

He serves on the Bucks County Bar Association Board of Directors and is Editor of the Writs.  Mr. Feldman has previously presented seminars for Lorman Education Services on Collection Law in Pennsylvania and Advanced Judgment Enforcement in Pennsylvania.

Kellie A. McGowan, Esq. Receives the 2016 President’s Award from the Lenape Valley

Doylestown, PA – Kellie A. McGowan, Esq. was recently honored by the Board of Directors of the Lenape Valley Foundation as the recipient of the 2016 President’s Award for her enthusiastic commitment to the development of The Lodge at Lenape Valley Foundation. The Lodge, to be located on the campus of the Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, Bucks County, will provide residential care to individuals in the midst of a behavioral health crisis as an alternative to in-patient psychiatric care. Mr. Brahin speaks on Commercial Evictions at PBI’s 20th Annual Real Estate Law Institute

H. Jeffrey Brahin, Esquire is pleased to announce that he was chosen to present a seminar on “Commercial Evictions and How to Avoid Them” at PBI’s prestigious Real Estate Law Institute in Philadelphia on December 9, 2016. This is the third time Mr. Brahin has been selected to present a seminar on commercial evictions for PBI.

The seminar was a comprehensive overview of commercial evictions, ranging from self-help, Municipal Court and District Justice Court evictions, Common Pleas Court actions as well as Confessions of Judgments. The seminar covered procedural requirements, substantive
law, as well as practical strategies for prosecuting and defending an eviction or ejectment action. This seminar also focused on drafting tips for leases from the perspectives of both
landlords and tenants.

Mr. Brahin concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, general civil litigation, commercial landlord-tenant litigation, as well as transactional business and real estate matters.
