Supreme Court Board and Committee Vacancies

There are currently five vacancies on Pennsylvania Supreme Court boards and committees and they have been posted on the UJS website. The first vacant position is on the Disciplinary Board. Applicants must be members of the Pennsylvania Bar and be knowledgeable about the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct and Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement. The second vacancy is on the Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee. Due to the implementation of the AOPC’s Guardianship Tracking System, the Clerk of the Orphans’ Court has modified its fee bill in the following manner: 1.       Annual Reports (electronically filed) – No Charge 2.       Annual Reports (paper filed) – $ 75.00 3.       Inventory (electronically filed) – No Charge 4.       Inventory (paper filed) – $75.00 The fee changes are effective December 17, 2018.  Kiosks are available within the office of the Clerk of the Orphans’ Court for those who need online access.  Fee wavier applications continue to be available for indigent cases.
