Mr. Cooper’s experience include multiple clerkships with courts and attorneys. During his undergraduate studies at Elizabethtown College, Mr. Cooper gained valuable legal knowledge working in the PA office of the Attorney General and in the office of Senator John  Rafferty, Jr. Alongside his tenure at Widger School of Law at Villanova University, Sam completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Thomas P.
