Sweet Stevens Explores Special Education During the Pandemic at Virtual PAPSA Forum
Attorneys from Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams LLP addressed special education in the context of the current extraordinary circumstances at the 43rd Annual Pennsylvania Association of Pupil Service Administrators (PAPSA) conference held on April 9. The same pandemic that took the conference virtual also brings legal ramifications for schools attempting to provide meaningful education in a safe and healthy setting for students and staff. Longtime presenters at the conference, Sweet Stevens attorneys began the tradition as a tribute to firm founder Paul Stevens. Stevens served as PAPSA’s legal advisor and conducted workshops on relevant issues up until his untimely death.
