Super Lawyers is a Thompson Reuters rating service of outstanding lawyers for more than 70 practice areas. To be rated as a Super Lawyer, attorneys must be nominated by his or her peers. The nominees are then selected by a research team at Thompson Reuters based upon factors such as professional achievement, verdicts and settlements, honors and awards, pro bono and community service efforts, and scholarly lectures and publications. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in Pennsylvania are selected to receive this honor. The Super Lawyers list is published in Philadelphia Magazine and nationwide in Super Lawyers Magazine. Mr. Brahin has been named a Super Lawyer for the ninth year in a row.
Mr. Brahin represents business, real estate and individual clients in litigation matters involving trade secret disputes, business divorce, covenants not to compete, breach of contract and collection matters, commercial landlord-tenant matters, wage and hour litigation, evictions, mechanics’ liens, injunctions, and general civil litigation. He also assists clients in transactional matters such as entity formation, shareholders and partnership agreements, leases, finance documents, mergers and acquisitions, business and real estate purchases and divestiture, and contract drafting.
Mr. Brahin is a course planner for the Bucks County Business Law Institute. He ws appointment to the Bucks County Preliminary Injunction Practices Committee, has been selected by the Court as a special arbitrator in commercial litigation matters, and is a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
