Elaine Yandrisevits Presents at BCBA Orphans’ Court Litigation CLE

The program will be offered both in person at the BCBA headquarters in Doylestown and virtually via Zoom. The panel will provide practitioners with a substantive overview of jurisdictional considerations, procedural distinctions between civil litigation and Orphans’ Court matters, the impact on business entities, and insights into Judge McGuffin’s leadership in Orphans’ Court.

Yandrisevits will present alongside Judge Brian T. McGuffin, Judge C. Theodore Fritsch, Jr., and Sean M. Gresh, Esquire.

Elaine Yandrisevits concentrates her practice in estate planning, trusts and estate administration, and Orphans’ Court matters, with particular emphasis on special needs trust planning and guardianships. She is a frequent lecturer on estate planning, estate administration, and special needs planning for continuing legal education programs and community organizations.
