Harper provides business and real estate law services to clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She handles matters including succession planning for businesses, buying and selling businesses, business formation and structuring, and contract review. She also handles construction law, purchase and sale agreements, condominium matters, land development, subdivision, zoning, and leasing.
