
Schatz and Stancu is pleased to announce that Matt Lannetti has joined the firm as a partner. He will focus his practice on criminal defense at all stages of litigation, including appeals and other post-conviction matters. In addition to criminal defense, Matt will also handle civil litigation and civil appellate work. Matt spent twelve years as a prosecutor in the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. During that time, Matt rose from Assistant District Attorney to Deputy District Attorney and ultimately became Chief Deputy District Attorney and Chief of Child Abuse Prosecution. After leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Matt was Associate General Counsel for Litigation at Temple University Health System, where he oversaw a variety of civil litigation matters.
Matt earned his J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Temple University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He lives with his family in East Rockhill Township.
