Doylestown, PA- Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA) has named Richard L. Newman, Esquire, as its 2026 Member of the Year, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the field of elder law and his longstanding commitment to advocacy on behalf of older adults and individuals with special needs.
Mr. Newman, an attorney with Rothkoff Law Group, has dedicated more than 20 years to the practice of elder law. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for compassionate, knowledgeable representation and a deep commitment to serving clients and their families.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Newman is an active leader within PAELA, currently serving as President-Elect and Program Chair. His involvement reflects a strong dedication to advancing the organization’s mission and supporting the continued development of elder law practitioners across the Commonwealth.
