Four Partners of the Law firm of Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP, (AMM Law) will serve as committee chairs for the Bucks County Bar Association in 2026. Lisa A. Bothwell advises business clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, business succession planning, business separations, joint ventures, phantom interest plans, and corporate governance. She is a trusted advisor to her clients and acts as outside general counsel to many family-owned businesses and start-up ventures in various industries. Lisa regularly negotiates and prepares operating agreements, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements, and represents clients in estate planning and nonprofit law.
Thomas P. Donnelly focuses primarily on commercial litigation and transactions. Throughout his career, he has undertaken the representation and served as trial counsel on behalf of both individual and corporate clients in subject matters concerning business and commercial disputes, fraud, contracts, business torts, employment agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, real estate and insurer bad faith. Tom has an active practice serving as Bucks County Local Counsel in partnership with law firms out of County.
Gabriel T. Montmuro practices in the firm’s Litigation practice group. He represents clients in contract claims, commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and a broad range of other civil matters. Gabe also works with insurance companies and underwriters on complex coverage determinations.
Megan B. Weiler practices primarily in the area of domestic relations, handling all phases of the negotiation and litigation of cases including: divorce, equitable distribution, marital settlement agreements, child custody and parenting time issues, custody evaluations, spousal support/alimony, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, protection from abuse and adoption.
