Shauna Quigley Completes AAML Mediation Training

Attorney Shauna L. Quigley of Williams Family Law, P.C. has successfully completed a rigorous, 40-hour mediation training program through the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), a nationally recognized organization dedicated to promoting excellence in the practice of family law.

Held over the course of a week in Chicago, the training brought together a distinguished faculty of attorneys, judges, psychologists, and licensed clinical social workers to deliver in-depth instruction in advanced mediation techniques. Participants engaged in interactive role-play, mock mediation demonstrations and collaborative workshops to hone skills in managing conflict, navigating difficult conversations, and facilitating resolution in complex family law matters.

Founded in 1962, the AAML sets the highest standards for family law professionals, naming just 1,500 attorneys nationwide as Fellows. Its mission is to advance professionalism and best practices in the resolution of family disputes, including divorce, custody, and child support.

At Williams Family Law, Quigley handles all aspects of divorce and family law, including equitable distribution, custody, support, and protection from abuse. A former judicial law clerk and seasoned litigator, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her work.
