Perkasie, PA – Weber Kracht and Chellew Attorneys at Law are pleased to welcome associate attorney Macy T. Laster to the firm. A Bucks County native, Laster brings tenacity and experience to the firm’s practice area of Criminal Defense.

Laster considers it her duty to provide counsel for good people who find themselves in bad situations. “Clients know they can count on me to solve their legal issues. Whether it is a minor issue such as a parking ticket or a larger concern where the client is facing a felony charge, my clients turn to me to take something that may seem to be irreparable and find a resolution.”

“Macy Laster is an ardent champion for her clients,” said Weber Kracht and Chellew partner and chief financial officer, Richard C. Howard, Jr. “Whether someone is facing charges ranging from traffic violations and DUI’s to misdemeanors and felonies, people can trust that she will actively seek the best possible resolution.”

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Laster received her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2018, where she also earned a Certificate of Advanced Study in Disability Law and Policy. A recipient of a merit-based academic scholarship, Laster excelled in her studies. Her emerging advocacy was apparent in her work as a Student Attorney in the Disability Rights Clinic offering free legal services to underserved communities. Laster also served as an Associate Editor of the Syracuse University College of Law Journal on Terrorism and National Security.

Laster earned a B.S. in Education & Public Policy with minors in Sociology and Women’s Studies at Pennsylvania State University’s main campus.
