Sweet Stevens Welcomes Gary Dadamo

New Britain, PA – Gary H. Dadamo has joined the Pennsylvania education law firm of Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams LLP as an associate. His areas of practice include civil rights defense, labor and employment, employment discrimination, and municipal law.

Over the course of his career, he has represented public entities, school districts and corporations in both state and federal courts. He now represents and defends school districts in all aspects of litigation involving claims for civil rights violations, general liability matters, and labor and employment issues, such as employment discrimination, retaliation, and violations of federal laws, including the Family Medical Leave Act and Fair Labor Standards Act. Dadamo also routinely defends school districts, boards and directors against First and Fourteenth Amendment claims involving novel and complex legal issues.

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Duquesne University School of Law, he is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts of Eastern, Middle and Western Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
