Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC Welcomes Three New Attorneys to the Firm’s Practice

Wilbur D. Dahlgren focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, wills, trust and advanced directive preparation, business succession planning, planned giving, individual and fiduciary income taxation, and tax-exempt organizations. He also counsels clients in elder law planning including life care, long-term care, Medicaid, and asset protection planning.

He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and Florida.   He is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Florida State Bar Association, as well as each Association’s estate planning and elder law sections.

Joseph P. Santoro joins the firm’s real estate practice group. He has over 19 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including, office, industrial, retail, and residential sales, purchases, development and leasing.  Immediately prior to joining the firm, Joe served as vice president, senior counsel to Liberty Property Trust (LPT), a publicly-traded real estate investment trust with over 100 million square feet of space, and over 1,000 tenants.

In addition to his real estate practice, Joe also focuses his practice in the areas of transactional corporate law. On the corporate side, Joe has experience with business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and business formations and dissolutions.    Joe is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Megan E. Stamm concentrates her  practice  in  general corporate law, with a focus on health care.   She has experience in handling privacy and HIPAA matters, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.  Prior to joining the firm, Megan worked for the City of Philadelphia Law Department’s HIPAA and Privacy Law Unit.
