The seminar is entitled, “Tips for Working with an Estate Attorney and Estate Planning Techniques under 2018 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.” The seminar will cover tips for preparing a client for a meeting with his estate planning attorney and current estate planning trends, including succession planning for vacation properties and tax planning under the 2018 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
