Stuckert and Yates is pleased to announce the promotion of Justin M. Pilchman to Partner. Mr. Pilchman is a 2018 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and joined Stuckert and Yates in 2019. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has been a dynamic part of the firm’s real estate, estate planning, estate administration, orphans’ court and civil litigation practices. He has also brought his experience in employment law and employment discrimination suits to the firm’s growing practice areas. Mr. Pilchman prides himself on serving individuals and businesses in his hometown community and the Greater Philadelphia area.
We also welcome Michael C. Milewski, who joined us as an Associate. Mr. Milewski is a 2018 graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He brings with him significant experience in worker’s compensation, social security disability appeals, veteran’s disability appeals, and landlord tenant law.
