IP Section Ethics CLE entitled “Ethical Considerations in Patent Practice”

The IP Section is pleased to advise the BCBA that they will hold an ethics CLE entitled “Ethical Considerations in Patent Practice” on March 15 at 9 AM that will be presented by Robert Levy, a CLE lecturer for many years on various patent law topics to the International Intellectual Property Society, Practicing Law Institute and the NJ State Par Association.  This CLE will cover recent cases related to Inequitable Conduct, Attorney Fees & Damages and Professional Responsibility and provide practice tips.
