Obermayer Family Law partner, Hillary Moonay, will speak at the Montgomery Bar Association’s Family Law Section Luncheon Meeting on Wednesday, January 8, 2020. The program will be on multi-county practice. Hillary will discuss family law proceedings and what to know if you are going to practice in Bucks County.
Hillary focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law. She handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, such as divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, mediation, arbitration, and related issues.
