H. Jeffrey Brahin is pleased to announce that he has been named a Super Lawyer for 2020 in the specialized areas of Business and Civil Litigation.

Super Lawyers is a Thompson Reuters rating service of outstanding lawyers for more than 70 practice areas. To be rated as a Super Lawyer, attorneys must be nominated by his or her peers.  The nominees are then selected by a research team at Thompson Reuters based upon factors such as professional achievement, verdicts and settlements, honors and awards, pro bono and community service efforts, and scholarly lectures and publications. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in Pennsylvania are selected to receive this honor. The Super Lawyers list is published in Philadelphia Magazine and nationwide in Super Lawyers Magazine. Mr. Brahin has been named a Super Lawyer for the fourth year in a row.

Mr. Brahin represents corporate, real estate and individual clients in litigation matters involving covenants not to compete, trade secret disputes, breach of contract and collection matters, commercial and real estate litigation, commercial landlord-tenant matters, wage and hour litigation, evictions, mechanics’ liens, and injunctions.
