Furia Rubel Communications, Inc. to Stay Virtual to Promote Diversity Among Its Marketing and PR Talent and to Grow Internationally

Furia Rubel Communications, Inc.  has announced that the marketing and public relations agency with a niche in legal marketing will stay virtual to promote diversity among its marketing and PR talent. The agency also commits to its international growth.

Since the global coronavirus pandemic began in January 2020, the Furia Rubel team has taken a proactive approach to ensure the safety of its employees, clients and colleagues. Prior to Gov. Wolf’s order, the agency directed all employees to work from home. Since then, Furia Rubel has reevaluated the health concerns surrounding coronavirus, as well as the agency’s lack of racial diversity.

“While working remotely began with the COVID-19 global pandemic, our agency is even more committed to diversity and continued growth,” said founder and CEO, Gina Rubel. “We are fully virtual which will help us to attract a more diverse team and to serve a more internationally-diverse clientele. With the primary office located in a rural community that has little to no access to public transportation, transitioning to a remote workforce allows us to recruit individuals from across the country and expand our applicant pool.”

The agency also has grown its client base to serve businesses in more than 25 U.S. states and two countries including the British Virgin Islands. Since growing virtually, prospective clients have come from Australia, Israel, Sweden, Singapore, South Africa and the United Kingdom. In past years, the agency has worked with clients and initiatives in Canada, China, Italy and the Philippines
