Doylestown, PA – Erin K. Aronson, Esq., an attorney in the firm’s Doylestown office, served as a presenter at NBI’s Human Resource Law Boot Camp on Monday, December 20, 2021. Ms. Aronson’s seminar was entitled, “Legal Solutions for Sensitive Workplace Issues.” The seminar included topics such as granting employee leave (FMLA, ADA); return to work policies after leave; disciplinary actions; investigating misconduct; answering discrimination and harassment complaints; workplace safety and security issues; creating performance improvement plans; and employment evaluation best practices.
Ms. Aronson concentrates her practice in the areas of employment law, commercial transactional law and real estate law. She also represents school districts regarding issues of federal and state law. She routinely represents clients in various industries including business, banking, and education. She earned her B.A. from the University of Delaware and her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law where she was the Managing Editor of Symposia for Villanova Law Review.
