Eastburn and Gray Elects Two New Shareholders

 

Doylestown and Blue Bell, PA – Eastburn and Gray, P.C. is pleased to announce that Erin Kernan Aronson and Sarah A. Eastburn have been elected shareholders of the firm effective January 1, 2020.

 

Ms. Aronson concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial transactional law, real estate, and employment law. She also represents school districts regarding issues of federal and state law. She routinely represents clients in various industries including business, banking, and education. She earned her B.A. from the University of Delaware and her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law where she was the Managing Editor of Symposia for Villanova Law Review.

 

 

 

 

Ms. Eastburn’s professional practice at Eastburn and Gray, P.C. includes Wills, Trusts and Estates, Orphans’ Court Litigation, and Taxation. She frequently advises clients at all stages of estate planning including wealth transfer, asset protection, elder law, and succession strategies. She earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law, and her LL.M in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law.
