Don Veix Re-elected Chairman of Plumstead Planning Commission
Don Veix, a Partner of the Firm, was re-elected Chairman of the Plumstead Township Planning Commission at the Commission’s reorganization session. The Planning Commission is responsible for the administration of all subdivision and land development activity, the land preservation program including an $8 million open space bond, the Plumstead Township Agricultural Security District, and general grants programs. Don has been a member of the Commission for over 20 years.
With over thirty years of experience, Don concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Estate Litigation, Real Estate & Land Use. He has served as legal counsel to a number of municipal zoning boards, where he gained extensive experience in all phases of land development, both commercial and residential.
