David Shoneman selected to IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists

Darwin IP Advisors (www.darwinipadvisors.com) is proud to announce that David Shoneman (immediate past Chair of the BCBA IP Section) was selected to be included as part of the Intellectual Asset Management IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists 2020.  In 2016, Mr. Shoneman launched Darwin IP Advisors, an advisory, consulting firm operating at the intersection of business, technology and law after a successful career as a licensing executive and intellectual property attorney in the licensing business unit of Technicolor/Thomson/GE-RCA.  He was instrumental in (i) securing over 4B$ of acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, strategic alliances and business development initiatives, (ii) acquiring more than 5000 patent assets and (iii) launching more than 15 new licensing programs. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Shoneman spent ten years as a product development manager/project engineer at United Technologies Corporation.
