Curtin & Heefner Partner Jordan Yeager to Speak

At Yale Law School

Jordan Yeager will be speaking at the Yale Law School about Environmental Constitutionalism and the Pennsylvania Experience.  During his talk at Yale, on February 26, 2018, Yeager will address his litigation experience in Pennsylvania, including in the landmark Robinson Township case before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  The Robinson Township decision, in which the court adopted Mr. Yeager’s arguments, marked the first time a law had been declared unconstitutional for violating the Pennsylvania Constitution’s Environmental Rights Amendment.  The case has been widely hailed as ushering in a new era of environmental jurisprudence.

Yeager, who previously spoke at Yale in 2017, is chair of Curtin & Heefner’s Environmental Law and Public Sector Law sections.  Curtin & Heefner’s Environmental Law section provides aggressive representation to municipalities, non-profits, property owners, businesses and grassroots community groups in protecting their environmental interests.
