Cheramie Walz to Host Section 504 Webinar

New Britain, PA – Attorney Mark Cheramie Walz will present “The 411 on Section 504: Deciphering Child Find and Eligibility Requirements” in a special webinar Thursday, April 7, 2022 from 2 to 3:30 P.M. Cheramie Walz is a partner at Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams LLP, a leader in education law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The webinar is designed for special education directors, school administrators, counselors, nurses, psychologists, special education teachers and other related service providers. Cheramie Walz will review a school district’s responsibilities under the Section 504 child find, evaluation and eligibility process — and provide strategies for compliance. He will also cover the criteria for determining eligibility and the role of mitigating measures.
