Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP is pleased to announce that Breandan Nemec has been elected to partnership in the firm.

Mr. Nemec concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, dram shop, and construction site accidents in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Mr. Nemec also represents injured workers in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Nemec is admitted to the state bars in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as the District Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Nemec earned his law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School and his undergraduate degree from Trinity College.  He is the former chair of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Bucks County Bar Association and currently serves on the Association’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Nemec is a lifelong resident of Bucks County.  When he and his wife Stefanie are not busy raising their four children, Mr. Nemec enjoys playing golf and is an active member of the Bucks County Roadrunners.
