Attorney John A. Torrente Elected to Partnership

LANGHORNE, PA. February 24, 2017: Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP is pleased to announce that John A. Torrente has been elected to partnership in the firm.

Mr. Torrente concentrates his practice on the representation of businesses and individuals in a wide variety of matters ranging from start-up and acquisition to disposition, commercial and residential real estate purchases, leases, liquor license transfers, and commercial litigation, including the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Appellate Courts. His clients include family owned businesses, as well as organizations in the automobile industry, construction and related trades. Additionally, Mr. Torrente has extensive experience and assists his clients in estate administration and estate planning.

He has also represented private property owners in land use proceedings before various boards and commissions in Bucks County. His municipal and school work includes the Neshaminy School District, Upper Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board, Newtown Township and the County of Bucks, Tax Claim Bureau, which includes litigation before the Court of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Torrente is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a past member of the Upper Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board and is involved in a number of community and professional organizations.

A graduate of New England Law | Boston, Mr. Torrente earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from LaSalle University and graduated from Archbishop Wood Catholic High School in Warminster, PA.
