Additional Proposed Changes to the State Orphans’ Court Rules

Linked below are additional proposed changes to the State Orphans’ Court Rules, as issued by the Supreme Court Orphans’ Court Procedural Rules Committee.  For the attached proposed rules, the Committee has invited comments, suggestions or objections to the proposed rules to be received no later than September 21, 2017.  Again, Instructions as to how and where to direct any such communications are provided in the link.
