The Family Law Section provides a forum to discuss the status of family law in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Our programs seek to educate members of the bar about all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, domestic violence and support. The focus of the section is the specifics of practicing family law in Bucks County and navigating the various offices. We often sponsor continuing education seminars with local members of the Domestic Relations Section, the Family Masters Office and the local judiciary. Our membership is open to all members of the Bucks County Bar Association who wish to be aware of and educated about the ever-changing landscape of family law.
